Many times there’s questions about the real cause of hair loss. Fact is new hair loss research reveals the main cause being 5 alpha.
Unlike many other testing performed by manufactures themselves will present results and cause for hair loss in way that suits them for sale without considering the consumer.
New Hair Loss Research Truth
Most scientifically-validated hair loss testing and treatments consisted entirely of specifically engineered formulations that block a key contributing enzyme called 5 alpha-reductase. Yes it’s true that this enzyme precipitates the conversion of testosterone (T) to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Yes it’s true that many doctors agree that this is the main cause of hair loss and for good reason.
DHT has been compellingly and repeatedly demonstrated to represent an important negative factor in the onset and progression of pattern hair loss in both men and women and is also known as androgenetic alopecia (AGA).
In our development lab, we engineer naturally-derived DHT-blocking formulations that we showed, through published clinical evidence, to reverse pattern hair loss. The fact is there’s more to the story because our new hair loss research also tells us there are other factors that can be equally important in causing hair loss.
Working in concert with the Center For Functional Genomics we tested a hypothesis based on the notion that key markers of inflammation are operative in pattern hair loss.
Subsequently, we then tested compositions based on anti-inflammatory agents coupled with DHT-blockade. The results of this work were ultimately published in the peer-reviewed medical literature to help display an understanding of our findings.
To sum up, in a novel set of published experiments, we have shown that pathological inflammation plays a heretofore unappreciated role in the onset and forward progression of pattern hair loss.
This represents a second mechanism of action, as well as a compelling therapeutic target for deployment of new compositions. Generation Five Hair Genesis was developed based on these findings specifically.
Our new hair loss research revealed through our clinical study testing results that strongly supports our hypothesis that 5-alpha reductase inhibitors combined with blockade of inflammatory processes could represent a novel two-pronged approach in the treatment of AGA with improved efficacy over current modalities.
There is no other hair loss treatment on the market today that has this dual approach or any new hair loss research to back up their claims.
